No Direct Line to Cinema

I left my wallet at the Rosebank Zone cinema last night. I searched the web for the cinemas number but there was none. I called Rosebank Zone centre management and they told me the cinema doesn't give out their personal number anymore - they gave me the number of the call centre.

I call the call centre and they tell me that the individual cinemas no longer have direct lines and all calls go through them. I told them I had lost my wallet and wanted to find out if someone had handed it in. They gave me the number of a manager there - the number was on voice mail. I called the call centre again and they said they were unable to help me. After I complained this was ridiculous, they have me an email address for the cinema. I have emailed the cinema - of course I have not received the prompt reply I need. Now I wait until someone reads the emails and decides to respond in their own time, all the while I am stressing.

Each cinema should have a lost and found hotline that people can call in this situation!
