Non-responsive, deadbeats!

I've taken out a personal loan with Old Mutual last year. I was retrenched over a month ago, and I still can't get feedback as to the progress of my claim. Does it take that long just for me to receive an sms or something stating that this is being looked into?

This really is terrible and pathetic service. I'm really disappointed. And to think that I was supposed to have taken out Insurances with them. If this is the response for a loan, I can imagine if I had taken out an Insurance and my next of kin puts in a claim?

I'd rather go with Sanlam. This is bad!
