My first complaint of Damelin was submitted on the 16/05/2013 with regards to a refund request of fees paid to Damelin in 2010. To date i have not received my refund. Each time I call on 0860414141 there are unable to advise me as the when i can expect to receive my funds, all they say is that the refund process has a "ninety days turn around time" so that i can expect my funds anytime with this Ninety days. My recent call made to Damelin, which was today the 05/08/2013, the consultant advised that my refund has been approved and is at the finance department for the processing. I then asked if they could provide me with any contact details for their Finance department for me to find out as to when i can expect the funds. To my surprise the consultant advised that this department does not have any contact numbers, so I than requested from her to give me an estimated time for the finance department to process my refund. She advised that she cannot as she is unaware of their turnaround time, she will only be informed once the transaction is done.
This process appears very unethical and unnecessary, as i paid my fees in good faith and expect the same from Damelin.
