Following my complaint with the above mention company, the team leader of the call centre called me to apologise and she has arranged for a refund to be done to me.

However i still have not received my application.

The Team leader phoned me back after i have given feedback on the complaint, which lead to understanding that i have been dealing with her on the original complaint.
