I had a bond with FNB and two months ago I moved my bond to Absa because I am a staff member at Absa and receive fringe benefits pertaining to my bond. To date it is 2 months that I am struggling with FNB to issue the title deed to the transferring attorney.
This is utter bad service and when my attorneys follow up with the call centre they receive lots of excuses and we are really tired of begging FNB for good service!!!
If this continues and I receive NO JOY from FNB then I will put a stop on my debit order going forward and should FNB list me on the Credit Bureau then I will take this matter to the Ombudsman because I need to transfer this bond asap and FNB is not being helpful at all.
Please get your act together FNB and start providing better service to your clients!!!
