My Name is Thembisa Shirley Madywabe, I have a complaint with ABSA Bank with regards to the Bond that I was paying. The Bond number is 8051934747 ERF number 1069 Fort Beaufort. I finished paying the bond in June of 2013. I spoke to the Branch Manager here in Queenstown branch Cathcart Road regarding the complaint. My problem is that they continued to deduct money even though the bond has been settled.
I would like ABSA to refund all money that is due to me with immediate effect and also cease to charge my bank as I have finished paying the bond. I also requested the title deed and their response was that they are busy with paper work with their attorneys.
I hope you can help me settle the matter so that I can move on with other things.
