I want African Bank to go into my credit card account and explain to me why my quiery is not resolved after so many weeks I've lodged a complain. They need to explain to me why they hire incompetent so called managers in their branches, call centres and customer services centres. They need to tell me that they will compensate me for all my time and petrol I've wasted going into their branches for nothing. I am tired of explaining myself each time someone calls and promises to resolve my issue.
