Iv sent an email to [Email Removed] till today no feedback, i then called the call centre on. on 0800 41 41 41 and spoken to marco he was not helpful @all, he took my details and listened to the story, kept holding me on without saying anythn just being quiet as if he was busy with something but not attending to my query/complain. He then gave me the feedback that i should consult with the bank what was the reason for keeping on hold. Can anyone call me regarding this matter. the email iv sent reads as follows:

The person I have sent the money to, cant withdraw from the ATM, When he puts on 10 digits The message: Transaction has been cancelled, I think he entered the incorrect cellphone no. more than the limit.
Can somebody assist regarding this or could you please reverse it into my account no. 9135109978. I do not have time to consult with the branch, working from Mon to Saturday everyday.
