Unaurthorized changes to account and no one knows

Noticed my credit card payments has increased, upon enquiring - i was told that my limit has increased.
But no one can tell me who increased this and who gave the authorization.
I have called the call centre who refers me to card div who refers me to credit card div who refers me to sales and then refers me back to credit card. who then wants me to call the call centre, so i called the ombuts who obviously doesn't answer so i leave a message. I send an email to the [Email Removed] (got this from the website) this does not excist so send the email to [Email Removed] - A week later and still no response.
I try again to call the ombuts but still no answer and again leave a voice message.
IS THERE ANYONE IN AFRICAN BANK WHO CAN AND IS ABLE TO ASSIST ME IN GETTING MY ACCOUNT SORTED OUT. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL TO NOT GET BACK TO ACTUAL PAYING CUSTOMERS. PULL UP YOU SOCKS AND FIX MY ACCOUNT PLUS ANSWER MY EMAILS. I WANT REASONS - I WANT ANSWERS. IF I DON'T GET ANY FEEDBACK BY THE 3RD OF JUNE 2013. I WILL STOP PAYING MY ACCOUNT AND GET LEGAL ACTION... NO GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO JUST INCREASE MY PAYMENTS WITHOUT ANY CONCENT. THIS IS.
