No feedback as reagrds my smartspend loan

I am absolutely furious. FNB has taken R1800.00 off my cheque account again. Lerato phoned me and told me that last month she would refund R1000.00 back into my cheque account. I asked her to please find out who handed me over to Minblic. She promised that she would and up to now no one has contacted me from FNB. She also asked me to get a report from my doctor. I have been unable to do so as he is working overseas at the moment and I am not sure as to when he will be back.

I now have R1.00 in my bank account and am unable to get to work or buy electricity or food. Fnb feels absolutely nothing. They are forcing me to close my bank account. They can hand me over to attorneys and I can prove in court that I am unable to pay R1800.00 per month. Why can they like Nimblic accept the R500.00 per month even after Nicola Everingham sent them a letter stating my income and expenditure? How come can FNB not tell me who handed me over to Nimblic in Cape Town? I would like an answer as soon as possible and I will try to get hold of Mr Michael Jordaan. I am now demanding that R1300.00 be paid into my bank account otherwise further action will be taken.
