African Bank
Paid up lette

I had 3 accounts with african bank, one was paid up in November, second one was apid up in February and the last one in March.however all these accounts are still reflecting on my credit profile as active accounts.

I have contacted the call centre and was advised to contact the Legal department, but there is still no feedback..

all I want is a paid up letter and for these accounts to be closed.
