I am super inconvenienced as a customer,
1. The card toll free number is not user sensetive to stop a card from a cell phone. I meant to stop my card using my cellphone when I could not even purchase airtime because my account was embezelled by.
2.Money was withdrawn from my account on the 25th May 2013 yet my bank card was in my hand. I even handed in the bank card to the bank. Cash withdrawal of R4600.00 and store purchases of R650.00 R674.45.00. I am told to wait for investigation that may take 3days up to 15days. How am I supposed to pay debit orders and who is paying for bank charges.
3. What is the guarantee that Standard Bank is secure and safeguards customer monies and is customer centric? Where is the empathy? The wait is totally inconsiderate.
