Just two weeks ago i was happy that finally my account will be fine but just yesterday my acc has been froxen for ther 3rd time. i phoned 086 customer care line and was told by a male guy that its savings acc so thats why i could not draw the money that was lft but when i phone the kwanonuhle branch they tell me i have to bring proof of adress for the third time..seriously??? now i have to find time coz they tell me they will scan my documents and send them through..i am closing this account for real this time..i've had it
