On 13 March 2013 I paid my funeral policy in full till end of March, on the 14th of March I received a SMS stating that my policy has been cancelled. I contackted them and spoke to a Sibongile and asked what was going on, I have not received any feedback in regards to why if the policy is paid fully why it was cancelled.
I do not know whether I need to pay for April as I have not received any feedback yet.
I also asked for the policy contract, the beneficiaries and what the total sum insured is.
I want this sorted out immediatly as this is very bad service from Hollard.
