Faizel was very competant although he informed me that he was working under supervision. He gave me all the relevant information that I requested and more. He immediatly made all the arrangements to have a vehicle removed and a new vehicle put on my insurance. He also made arrangements for a Tracker to be installed on the same day. Brilliant
