My husband left his job on the 15.12.2012. He then filled in all his forms which was submitted to Alexander Forbes. His company was taken over by another company. He got a small portion which they said was the new companies portion. We waited a while and called back to be told they have not received any paperwork from the previous company. On investigation it turns out that the paperwork was in actual fact sent through to Alexander Forbes and the excuse we now get is that their IT dept stopped the emails as it was too LARGE!! Do they not get LARGE files emailed all the time, why would IT stop it? When i phone Daleen she said she has processed the paperwork and it will now take 3-6 weeks for completion. Utter rubbish, i am now tired of all this running around and phonecalls etc. I want this query PRIORITIZED as we need this money as we do have things to pay!!! Hopefully someone will phone us back now
