Outsurance do not bend backwards if not pushed

I decided, after seeing the bend backward advert more than I want, to give Outsurance a chance to beat my current short term insurance. I sms the number given on the advert and after several appointments which already peed me off I agreed to another time frame to give them a chance. The gentle who phoned me did not speak clearly and I had to ask several times what he was saying or meaning. His first question was, what am I paying at the moment, I told him although I personally feel it has got nothing to do with him and that might give him some leverage. He kept me on the phone for 30 minutes for a single car quote and then gave me a more expensive premium, I bluntly told him that the premium is higher that what I currently pay and how do I get my R400 from him. He then said that he has not given me any discount yet. I tried to explain to him that he new what I was currently paying and still gave me a higher price. Should he not have bend backwards without me asking him to do that???
