NO EMAIL OR RESPONSE FROM DIAL DIRECT

I CALLED INTO THE CALL CENTRE, ASKING TO BE ASSISTED ON RETRENCHMENT CLAIM, I WAS MADE TO WAIT FOR OVER 30 MINS ON THE LINE, WHILE BEEN TRANFERED TO NUMEROUS DEPARTMENTS WITHOUT HELP, EVENTUALLY THE RETRENCHMENT DEPARTMENT ASSISTS, BUT TILL THIS DAY I DID NOT RECIEVE THE EMAIL WITH THE CLAIM FORMS TO FILL OUT, AS PROMISED BY THE AGENT.

I URGENLY REQUIRE ASSISTENCE, AND MAYBE ENLIGHTEN YOR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WHAT PRODUCTS YOU OFFER AND WHO TO ASSIST WITH THEM, INSTEAD OF BEEN KEPT WAITING AND STILL NO ASSISTANCE
