I am under going a consultation process at work for a retrenchment. I was contacted by Sne atleast 4 times from last week who was extremely rude all the time. I am only 1 month in areas and a 4 months high risk pregnant woman this woman is unethical and immoral she was so rude to me on the last occassion that I cut the call on her and now wish to receive legal advice as I am afraid of her behaviour she has harrassed me by sending a personal email from what she has said is her personal phone number my main complaint is by right no company is allowed to let their employees harrass their loyal clients in 5 years this is the first time I am in arrears! I will take further with the ombudsman. And get legal help in this matter.
