FNB, how can we help you? Apparently NOT AT ALL!!

My FNB app had a problem and I had to call the branch to fix it. I had to phone 5 different numbers and hold several minutes every time before I could talk to anybody, just to receive a wrong number from one of their "helpers" AGAIN!!
