I RECEIVED A CALL, FROM CATHRINE LEPHUMA, WITH REGARDS TO MY ACCOUNT. I DO NOT DENY THAT FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN HAVING PERSONAL DIFFICULTIES, & YES I DO OWE ABSA & I MAKE SURE THAT I PAY THE ACCOUNT.

HE WAS SARCASTIC AND SPOKE TO ME LIKE I AM HER CHILD, "JUST PAY MY ACCOUNT IF YOU PAY YOU WOULD NOT BE GETTING CALLS". THREATENING ME WITH LEGAL ACTIONS. THAT I AM A HIGH RISK CUSTOMER AT ABSA. WHEN I ASKED HER CAN SHE CHECK WHEN LAST I PAID SHE KEPT TELLING ME PAY YOUR ACCOUNT. JUST BECAUSE WE OWE I DO NOT THINK WE DESERVE THE TONE THAT WAS USED BY HER. I HAVE SPOKEN TO ABSA BEFORE & I ALWAYS COMMEND THE WAY BANKS COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS BUT FOR THE F1st TIME, I SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT CARE TO LISTEN, WAS JUST NOT ON, NOT EVEN GIVING ME TIME TO TALK. JUST BECAUSE WE SOMETIMES EXPERIENCE DIFFICULTIES IT DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE FOOLS & WE DO NOT KNOW THAT WE OWE. I AM NOT SHUNNING AWAY FROM MY RESPONSIBILITIES THAT I HAVE WITH ABSA, THEY ARE GIVING ME A ROOF & I RESPECT THAT & I UNDERSTAND, BUT THIS WOMAN SHE SPOKE TO ME LIKE AM NOTHING. SHE DID NOT EVEN KNOW HER DEBT COLLECTORS NR. SITUATION IS BETTER, END OF THIS MONTH THINGS WILL BE DIFFEREN
