Poor Service at OUTSURANCE

Outsurance Booked in my Car for repairs on the 13th March 2013, Until the 09 April 2013 the car has not been fixed. Reason for this is that their assessors missed some components that were damaged on the car, so now i have to wait another two weeks before i get my car.

Problem is they don't want to extend the period for Curtesy Car. As is their fault for all this delay.
