I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY GEYSER ON FRIDAY (29/11/2013). I CALLED OUTSURANCE AND REPORTED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. ITS NOW 04/12/2013 (5 WATER-FREE DAYS LATER!) AND MY GEYSER STILL ISNT FIXED/REPLACED DESPITE NUMEROUS PHONECALLS FROM ME TO OUTSURANCE. THEY PROMISE TO ATTEND TO MY PROBLEM BUT IT REMAINS UNSOLVED CAUSING ALOT OF INCONVENIENCE TO ME AND MY FAMILY. WHY DO I PAY FOR I NSURANCE WHEN THIS POOR SERVICE IS WHAT I GET? I WILL BE REVOKING MY EXISTING POLICIES FROM OUTSURANCE AND WILL RATHER TAKE THE RISK OF BEING UNINSURED AND SAVING THE PREMIUMS INSTEAD OF PAYING AND GETTING DEPLORABLE SERVICE.
