So today i called the call center to find out how i could transfer my vehicle finance from another financing house to Nedbank. On my first attempt i spoke to someone in new vehicle finance who transferred me to new services... i was speaking to the person and the call dropped. I called back spoke to someone in new services .. to no avail they couldn't assist me and transferred me to new vehicle finance. That person couldn't help and transferred me to existing finance... the call dropped again.
Feels to me like Nedbank aren't interested in new business!
