I have send an email to FNB asking them to cancel my statements going through to my daughter. I even requested it in the Kolonade branch and was promised that they will remove her. Now to my shock i found out that my daughter is still receiving my confidential information. How as a bank do you promise something and not deliver. Yes when i was overseas i did add her to monitor my business in SA.Now that im back in the country i expected that i would be the only receiver of my documents just to find its not happening that way. Please adhere to your promis FNB and take my daughter of as a recipient of my mail/accounts.
