HOW CAN WE ANNOY YOU?

To whom it may concern,

i openened an account for my daughter's maintanace about a year ago with FNB,
seeing as i have been a part of the FNB family since i have been 18 (almost 10 years) as it is my FAMILY bank.
i tried to use my BRAND NEW card three days ago and found that the account had been suspended.
upon further investigation i found that my proof of residency had MAGICALLY dissapeared.
i find it strange as a bank manager from said branch NORWOOD MALL had sent me back home to get a better proof of residency a year earlier.

i then made a plan to get to my branch and request information as to the dissapearance of extremely confidential information.

i requested (and now demand) an explanation from the manager as to how i opened said account without proof of residency and requested some of my money which is still frozen in the account.
my reply was "I dont know" and heard those three words the whole time.

is the new motto "I dont know" or is it a general attitude?

i will return tomorrow to "re-open" my account to draw my money. however i will also be CLOSING ALL MY ACCOUNTS with FNB as they are just too much of a hassle.
