On the 13th of March our councellar has send a 17.2 notice to ABSA, I requested a refund from ABSA for our home loan and vehicle asset finance from ABSA on the 26th of March, as installments still went through on the 25th of March. The homeloans department made a refund on the 5th of April, but immediately the vehicle finance department took another installment. I have been send from this number to that number, and everytime I am asked to hold on, the the lines cut off, and I have to phone again, explaining everything from the start, up until now I cannot get a refund for my vehicle finance and I wanted to go and pay my water and lights account, and now I cannot do this because ABSA just keeps on deducting installmenst, and we are not even behind on our account???
