No attention to insurance claim

My garage door motor failed 8 days ago as a result of a storm, despite me telling stdbank that it is a security risk, they still havent given my claim any attention.in the interim i had to pay a technician to replace the damaged unit.i have followed up numerous times and still no feedback or anything.it is absolutely disgusting service from stdbank seeing that they are never late to debit your premiums.
