Avoiding payout of claim

Through OOBA I took out insurance for my house, starting August 2009. I have paid over R10 000 worth of premiums to them and would thing when the day arrives I would be covered. Not so! I damaged my garage door worth R3800 with my car and after this it came out of it's tracks twice, once nearly falling and killing my dog. Hollard do not see the urgency of my claim and have chosen to draw it out and avoid paying the claim. My claim was given in on the 18th of June, a couple of days later they sent out a contractor to give a quote and then a long wait and then on the 26th of June sent out an acessor to take a video of said door. One would think we are criminals, the amount of investigation going into this door. Got a call from Lameeza today to now be told that they trying to contact the manufacturer of the door Wispeco as they cannot see the problem (shuddering and banging noises and door not closing or opening without manual intervention on their video and my express admission that I hit the garage door yet they now trying to throw the blame onto the manufacturer). I have never dealt with more incompetent bunch of people in the insurance industry. DO NOT USE HOLLARD
