REF: 004170341. My initial complaint on 17th Sep. regarding consolidation of my debts and the non-resonse of stdbank and not keeping the client informed was supposed to be addressed and prioritised.. I hv been adv to get out of debt review so my acc can be unlocked this was done on 5th October letter sent to Std Bank and the forms 17.4 sent on the 15th October to all crs. Now I am no longer in debt review only to hear the loan was closed and no feedback again. Time is something that i no longer have & this needs to be finalised now!! My crs are now waiting to be settled and Std Bank is messing me around. This is now on going for two months. What does prioritise actually mean in your books StdBank??
Update:18.12.2012 - I hv now rec. a call from Norton Richard Attorneys - Standard Bank Card Divivsion has handed my acc. over?? I am waiting for Std Bank, out of Debt reveiew on their advice. & they now hand me over. Does Stdbank even care... update 10.01.13 Tsepho advised me in Dce 2012 they will have the card witdrwn from the attornys and today I get a final default notice from your attornys demanding pmt. Plse tell me what am I supposed to do now-Tsepho is on leave and nobody assists
