Account incorrectly debited

My account was wrongly debited on 25/02/13 for R376.00, I went to my branch, Woodmead branch to Complain, and was told it woud be reversed but nothing was done, I went back on 2 other occasions and was told the very same thing but to date nothing was done, I was not able to speak to the manager in the admin division, as he/she is never available, last person I did speak to was a team leader, Sakhile Dlamini, who assured me that the matter will be sorted out, he called be back to confirm that it was reversed and should reflect in my account the within two days, but nothing happened, I tried contacting him on the number he gave me 0875777223, but this number just rings and then says number does not exist, this is now unacceptable
