REALLY DISSPOINTED WITH SERVICE AT STANDARD BANK

Im really disspointed with service from standard bank, i opened up a debit card case with standard bank since money was being taken out from my account with out me knowing, i was shocked when i found out i might be a victim of, money was taken out from my account, any my account balances on my bank statement and my sms service didnt match at all, the figures were totally different, i opened up a case a few weeks ago an i didnt recieve feed back, when i phoned standard bank number (0800222050), i was notified the investigation took place nd was concluded, they put me through the investigators department and i waited on the line for over 20 minutes but no one answered, i kept on trying this past week but it was to no avail because after being put through to the investigation department they was no answer, PLEASE GIVE ME FEEDBACK IN REGARDS TO MY DEBIT CLAIM BECAUSE THE SERVICE I HAVE BEING RECIEVING IS UNACCAPTABLE, MY NAME IS AVINASH MOONAISUR AND MY REF NUM FOR THE CLAIM IS : 312 6608 AND MY CONTACT NUM IS 072 538 3870
