DIAL DIRECT PUTS A CUSTOMER ON HOLD FOR 55 MINUTES

I WAS IN THABA NCHU FOR HOLIDAY. ON 16/12/12 MY CAR WAS BUMPED INTO AND THE PASSENGER DOOR AND MIRROR WERE DAMAGED. I PHONE MY DIAL DIRECT TO HELP FIX THE CAR.THEY SAID I MUST DRIVE THE CAR TO PRETORIA TO GET IT FIXED THERE CAUSED THATS WHERE I LIVE. AFTER A BIG ARGUMENT THEY FINALLY LET ME GO TO BFN. BUT THEY SAID I CAN ONLY GO THERE AFTER CHRISTMAS BECAUSE OF THE HOLIDAYS. I COULD NOT WAIT THAT LONG SO I FIXED MY CAR AT OWN COST TO A TUNE OF R10.000. DIAL DIRECT NEVER CALLED ME BACK OR GAVE ANY FEEDBACK. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS SINCE THE INCIDENTS AND THEY HAVE NOW INCREASED MY PREMIUMS WITHOUT ANY DISCUSSION/REASON PROVIDED TO ME.
