Poor Service

On the 28th of February 2013 my car was bumped by a drunk driver. I reported the incident to the police and reported the incident to King Price on the 4th of March 2013. The reason for my delay in reporting it to King Price, was because i was still waiting for a case number from the police station. I spoke to a consultant named George. Every time i had to phone him and leave a message so that he could get back to me on issues regarding the claim. The last call i made, i also had to leave a message for him to call me. It has been almost 3 weeks since i last heard from him. i refuse to make another call to have my claim finalised. I arranged to have my car fixed private since it seems that my insurance is not interested in assisting me with my claim. Makes me wonder why i even have insurance???
