I put in a claim with King Price almost 3 months ago and still waiting for my car to get fixed. They have told me that my spares are on Back order which was at the end of October. Up till now I have not received one phone call or email on the progress of my claim, I have left a message for the person in charge of my claim to call me and still no answer. Yet King Price is enjoying my monthly premiums but all I am getting is real service. I have even left an email with East Rand Motor lab to find out where are my Spares and no Joy there either. I guess that's what we get for Super Low low Insurance really Poor Poor Service. If you pay peanuts then you get Monkeys.
