I wish to express my sincere gratitute to a King Price Insurance consultant, Ms Tougheeda Brown for the exemplary, professional and courteous manner in which she handled my cellphone claim. On the 30th of September 2013 while attenmpting to make a call I was mugged and a cellphone was wrestled away from me by an assailant. I reported the matter to the Police, and I subsequently lodged the claim with King Price Insurance.
Ms. Tougheeda Brown handled my claim and I was really impressed by her positive attitude - she kept me abreast of developments with regard to the processing of my claim via e-mail and SMS and within a few days my claim was settled. Big ups to King Price and to Ms. Brown for the excellent service.
