Service is a joke!

On the 23 February 2013, I had an accident with my vehicle a Citroen C1. On the 27 February the assessor Jan-Louis phoned me, to inform me that my vehicle had to be written off. Up until the 19 March I heard nothing from the assessor when he phoned me to say that he will forward documentation, he did. He also informed me that he needs to finalize everything because he was going on leave. I forwarded everything back to Jan-Louis the same day he did not phone me back so I assumed he received everything. On the 27 March 2013 I had to return my rented vehicle. I then started to contact Santam to find out what is happening with my claim. Santam's call centre informed me that they need a copy of my drivers license. I submitted it immediately. It is the 8 April I now had to forward my claim form, ID, drivers license and settlement amount twice and handed in the forms in person and Santam still informs me that they need my ID and Settlement amount. Really, how many times must the same thing be submitted before the claim are finalized?
