I would like to compliment this team on having a great attitude and impressing me immensely since joining your bank. I left FNB because of their appalling customer service and because they declined my home loan without offering me any sort of explanation. Absa also declined my home loan but the call center staff supplied me with all the information as to why I was declined and had a friendly and helpful disposition. My compliments to the whole Absa team, it is refreshing to find a bank that know how to treat their clients. I look forward to doing a lot more business with you.
