Please have the stop lifted on my bond as we cannot transfer surplus funds, I pay R14500-00 as my repayment, please advise me how there an be arrears when this is R3500-00 more than the required amount.

We applied for a re-advance on our bond which took forever and a day, when it was eventually sorted, standard Bank changed to date of the debit order to the wrong date 20th of each month instead of the last day and as a result there was not sufficient funds to cover the debits. I have to attend to fixing everything and now that want to charge me unpaid fees and list me on bureau. for arrears on my bond, not on, is this the way we treat customers, I was considering moving my account once this is foxed, I will definitely be moving. I even sent through secure messages on Internet Banking and this was totally ignored.

Please ensure this is rectified as soon as possible, before I proceed with the Banking Ombud. I also want confirmation that this has been rectified with all 4 credit bureaus.
