Poor service delivery

I had an accident on the 10th May 2013, the vehicle went for assessment on the 17th May 2013. I have followed up numerous times with Santam regarding the repair of my vehicle and I was told yesterday that my vehicle would only be repaired on the 27th July 2013. That is 2.5 months later then the day of the assessment!! Ridiculous service! I would never recommend Santam insurance to others, I have previously dealt with other insurance companies and have never had to wait this long.
Santam fails to realise the complexity of the issue, due to the damage from the accident the door has been smashed in I often have to worry about weather conditions such as rain as the water seeps into the car...
Really disappointed
A courtesy car would be a good gesture
