I wanted to upgrade my policy, but Memory explained to me that high call volume and advice and promised to call me back when the high volume had subsided. True to her words she called me at the promised time. She then transfered me to Marranne Mothoa who patiently explained and updated my policy as requested. these two ladies are the reasons I will always be a MiWay client. They are assets to MiWay.
