Claim made on Monday April 8th. Assessor named Barry only did the assessment on Wednesday April 10th. I am still waiting for authorisation still today April 15th. I called in to enquire about why it's taking so long coz i'm going for the second week without a car and I'm really struggling to make it to and from work. I was told they haven't received the report from Barry. The car was assessed at Steve's Auto Clinic and is still standing there awaiting authorisation. Me and Steve's Auto Clinic have been phoning since last week and apparently it was Amanda who promised she will get back to us and never did. I'm really disappointed in the manner in which this whole claim is being conducted and delayed. I am stuck without a car and it's not easy considering my line of work and how far I am from work. This is poor proffessionalism at it's best and no consideration of the customer whatsoever.
