I logged a query 3 weeks ago for a telephone line to be fixed, my grandmother stays all by herself and she can't afford for the line for at least not more than a week. I call again today to find out what seems to be the problem, I'm being told there's a huge volume of queries in the Gauteng area so it might take up to even more than a month before her line gets fixed... LIKE REALLY! Is this what we pay for? Must say, Telkom's service is the pits.
And why does this call centre take decades before one can get through to a Consultant. Telkom really needs to work on their customer service in order to retain their customers
