STATEMENT

I was told by vodacom that my account was handed over to this people and was given there contact details, I called them and requested that they send me a breakdown statement as vodacom will not be able to do so, they promised to send it to me the following day but instead a consultants calls me to arrange monthly arragements, I advised her that I need a statement first before making arragement but kept on telling me about legal fees, call charges that they make to me and all that, to date I have not received anything from them and I don't know who can I speak to because there client seems to be as useless as them.
