Awesome compliment to Thato for her outstanding service when I needed it most. I had a serious mechanical problem in my car in the middle of nowhere, and Thato really bent over backwards to help me. From constant contact and updates to making sure that all was well, you deserve a pat on the back for your professionalism and the manner in which you handle the whole process. Although this is long overdue, I thought you at least deserve the compliment.
