I sent an email on 04 April 2013 09:15 AM to Roshika Pillay [Email Removed] where i got a response from Grace Kganyago who advised me to email. [Email Removed] and or [Email Removed] & we will try our best to assist.. but no one replie to my emails.. all I want is a statement and to settle the account and clear the judgement against me. please advised your turn around time on emails.. is it 2 weeks? do these email address even work??? WHY are you taking almost 2 weeks to contact your customers.. is this company customer CENTRIC?
