I have had a query since last Monday and have now waited a full week and no one has come back to me.
Secondly African Bank says to email Resolution... and when you do they tell you that address no longer exists.
This is actually on the Website. Do they not update their website also do they not read their emails.
It is frustrating when one is working and does not want to abuse the works telephones. Hence internet should be the way to go!
Hopefully this might wake African Bank up.
On the compliment side when I do go to a branch they are friendly.
