I've been trying to reach The Loans and Credit Card department since the 26th of August.
Calling the Customer Service number is tedious and takes forever to get answered, as a working woman its not easy to sit and wait for a call to be connected. So I resigned myself to mail them.
1. The email addresses on their website is invalid, when mailing you get an autoresponse to mail a different address. [URL Removed]
2. When mailing the different address - there's still no response - no one seems to be managing the [Email Removed] email.
My mail to them on the 27th and 28th has still been unattended to.
This will result in me having to drive all the way to a branch for assistance.
