i had aloan for 6 months from moneystar and was paying R1997.00 MONTHLY.i was retrenched in oct 2012 My last day at work was 31 oct 2012.i apllied for the policy and kepler was the responces on the policy.

i send all the docs to Yolanda Rautenbach and was assured all have been recieved and will be processed.nothing of the kind has transpired on this retrenchment policy -ref policy no::023354: 075573.

Hi Yolanda Rautenbach
It has come to my attention that the last email we communicated and all docs was sending to your email and received.
I still see no policy that has come effect and MoneyStar are sill deducting my money which should have been stopped in dec 2012 as full Loan payment was effected.
I contacted the STD bank today to act on behalf of myself to stop payment from my account to MoneyStar and MoneyStar need to reverse payments that was taken from my account.
Please resolve issue Asap.
This will be my last email to resolve as I will take it further to the ombudsman and the consumer protection.
