10 days ago i inquired about transferring my current platinum account to nedbank platinum. Everything seemed fine and then i got so many calls from nedbank, each person obviously had not been in contact with the other.
They told me at first this would be a smooth easy transaction but all i have had is major headaches as nothing has been done. I contacted them on FB but i am ignored.
I dont get why this is so hard... i gave all my info, i want the nedbank savyy bundle platinum option...
i seriously i am so upset and i am thinking of not going with Nedbank if this is the service i am going to get.
